We pin down what the agent does, what it never does, how it sounds and which systems it's allowed to touch.

3. Build and integration

The agent gets built and connected to your tools. It gets exactly the access it needs, nothing more.

4. Testing and launch

We test with real examples from your own inbox. It only goes live once it gets them right.

5. Fine-tuning

For the first few weeks we watch what comes in and refine the edge cases.

FAQ

What does an AI agent cost?

A focused agent with one or two integrations is a project of a few thousand euros, plus a monthly fee for hosting and maintenance. More processes means a higher number. On the first call you get a price and the payback period.

Is my data safe?

The agent only gets access to the systems it needs for its task. What it can and can't do is agreed up front and locked down technically.

How fast can it go live?

A focused agent is often running within 48 hours. With several integrations it becomes a matter of weeks, and you'll know which after the intake.

What if it makes a mistake?

That's why every agent starts with a short period where it proposes and you approve. Only once the proposals are right do we let it act on its own for that task.
